We accept many insurance plans beyond those listed here. When you book an appointment, you’ll be able to see which insurance options are available and select the one that fits your coverage.
Self-Pay Options
For patients who prefer not to use insurance, self-pay options are available.
The rates are: initial evaluation $300; follow-up visit $225.
